Objectives Of Drug Addicts

Spirituality, Souls, Drugs & Suicide - It’s Your Responsibility to Help Yourself

We recently heard of a friend s significant other who
committed suicide due to drug addiction. We offered
much compassion and hope that he finds the strength to
forgive, accept, and heal.

We believe that souls who have passed on under
similar circumstances can be helped by asking your
guides and angels of the Light, and calling in Archangels
of the Light, to assist the soul in healing and rehabilitation.
Meditate and explain the situation out loud for the
guides and ask for assistance. Also, think of the good
times shared together and send the person love and
forgiveness. You ll meet again and that soul will be
doing much better at that time.

Fact or Fiction

1. Marijuana is a very harmful, highly addictive, dangerous, illegal, gateway drug that currently has no accepted or proven medical use.

Or is it true that:

2. Marijuana is a safe, harmless, non-addictive, healthy drug that has healing qualities that should be promoted for our youth to partake for its mind developing effects and legalized as America s top cash crop.

Most would agree that both of the above statements are not absolutely true. However, if you have read most of the current published articles on the internet discussing the use of marijuana (where the majority of our youth get their information these days), the authors intended bias although not always explicit will

Unfortunately, most of these sometimes well-crafted articles have little scientific evidence to validate their claims. We tend to expect this sort of thing from non-professional zealots and fanatical enthusiasts who have a deep passion to promote their cause, but it is very disappointing when we get information that directly contradicts scientific evidence from our paid government officials.

Pathological Eating Disorders and Poly-Behavioral Addiction

When considering that pathological eating disorders and their related diseases now afflict more people globally than malnutrition, some experts in the medical field are presently purporting that the world s number one health problem is no longer heart disease or cancer, but obesity. This increase is not limited to adults. The percentage of young people who are overweight has more than tripled since 1980. Among children and teens aged 6-19 years, 16 percent (over 9 million young people) are considered overweight.

Selecting an Alcohol Rehab Program

It is often difficult, given the acute turmoil individuals and families find themselves in when seeking help, to sort out what makes for an effective program. Nearly all will declare themselves to be uniquely suited for meeting the needs of whoever is calling. It isn’t true. There are, however, reasonably objective questions you can ask that will help you to increase your chances of selecting a program that can help:

1. What are the qualifications of staff? While Ph.D. and Masters Degrees do not guarantee quality, they usually indicate higher standards. Conscientious counselors, and programs, seek to acquire and increase skills. A lack of degrees and other credentials is cause for concern;
